On request, I'm reposting this here for everyone to use - from a
recent post on my blog.
Below, I'll leave what comments I can, what I've learned from this tape material.

I don’t know why, but you don’t find this 7th step of the releasing technique mentioned in the various Larry Crane and Hale Dwoskin work-ups.
Practically, it’s been around as a practice since time immemorial…

After staring at the first step posted all over my house for the last year, (courtesy of the G+R course) I finally get it! Manifested a winning bingo board yesterday as part of a career class I was taking. Quickest goal I ever manifested, and felt darn good in the process! But the reason it happened so easily was because I wanted the freedom from the desires to win, more than I wanted to win!

Hello all!
Glad to find this network - so appropriately named.
I recently just posted some research I'd completed on Lester Levenson and Scientology and would appreciate what you have to say about it.
http://robertworstell.com/sedona-method/lester-levenson-scientology-story/.
I've been working with scams out of Utah for the last year (and found out about Sedona Method in the middle of that…

I have created a online calender on Google for members of Hootless.com to use. The purpose of this calender is to schedule Hootless.com events such as the weekly Skype Releasing Support Calls. It can also be used for members to schedule free time where you are available for releasing with a partner and to see when other members are also available for releasing work.
To access the Hootless calender you will need to create a free googlemail (gmail) webmail account. If you already have a google acc…

Maybe I should just copy some of the previous review here :) It was great again. Even in size, 250 people. On the last day I was still seeing new faces. Maybe this is normal, but not for me. I was used to hypnosis classes with 30-50 people or less.
One thing that I can expect is that I will get something very precious out of it. That's why I keep coming back. There might also be a bit of wanting security, as I invest in what I know will bring me return in the direction I am intending to go.
On t…

After a session with Milan, in which I got to the conclusion that all releasing is just dealing with what's for you in the NOW moment, I got to this simple conclusion about the 6 steps:
They just are.
There's a reason why there's not much explanation on them, how to use them, what do they mean, etc. In fact, the less one reads or hears about them from an external source, the better.
So what do you do with them? Nothing really, just possess them in your pocket or in your head and allow them to…

I thought it time to write a few thoughts in a blog. I hadn't wanted to before now, but for some reason, tonight I started to type and when that happens it is like trying to make me be quiet - it just doesn't happen! - No comments Dj & Tom! ;)
Now, my spiritual journey (for want of a better word as it does cover so much) has taken me a whole long way from the catalyst of my mothers death, back in 1999, the effects of which made me think there has to be more than this!!! As I re-assessed my…

began with the goal of having a residential caravan somewhere in Devon but while listening to an audio on goals I realised I chose the caravan as it seemed easier to acquire, but it isnt what I want, a wooden chalet is what I actually want. I decided to have that for my goal, even tho I cannot see how I could possibly be the owner of a wooden chalet/cabin by the sea, along with monthly service charges etc I did a releasing session on it, and at the end felt very peaceful. I think it would be a go…

The small gains can be just as fun as the "big" ones.
One of my bosses asked me if I could work today, from 17-06. I did not feel like working 13 hours so I told him I couldn't make it until 20.00. He was okay with that. But after I hung up the phone I thought to myself, "I should have said 21 or 22 to him, that would have been better", because I am lazy. But then I let that thought go and didn't care about it no more after that. Money is money. Then 2 hours later he calls me and asks me if I w…

Below is a copy of my latest blog post on my blogger site. I've been living in Sihanoukville, Cambodia for the past 3 years and have seen some amazing things and heard some amazing stories. My only real contact with the "outside world" is on the internet, because I haven't found any other ex-pats with similar interests to mine. Anyway, here's the post. If you're interested in more Cambodia stories, check out my blog:

I just finished "
Talks with Ramana Maharshi".. It took me a year! It felt good to get it done. And I notice there is a big difference in "understanding", when I started it was very provoking to "me" but not so much anymore :)

Here's my full report on the Effortless Enlightenment course held at conference center "Zonheuvel" in Doorn, The Netherlands, from May 15th 'til the 17th of 2009.
On Thursday, the day before the event, I drove with my car to Schiphol (the airport) to pick up Fabrizio, who was flying in from Italy. After he landed we went to the city of our hotel (Zeist) which was only about 12 minutes away from the conference center. We dropped off our bags and went to a local bar/restaurant to eat something, a…

Many people have trouble “ seeing the perfection where the seeming imperfection seems to be”. Letting go of evidence around imperfection is another approach. What’s left is perfection. I've found this helpful from personal experience. :-)
Think of something or someone which you believe is less than perfect.
What validates the idea that this is less than perfect?
Whatever your response to the question above, is it coming from w/c, w/a, or w/s?
Could you let go of wanting _____?
Could you be open…

So I've been doing the Goals & Resistance course...I'll admit, on and off...but with great gains so far :)
I've realized that resistance is only a protection mechanism that was designed to keep me safe - but in reality, it's a program that runs and keeps you feeling unsafe by clinging to your feelings for security/safety. In the G&R course (no not Guns 'n Roses but Goals & Resistance :p) you work on attachments and aversions to resistance and wanting - and these really uncovered som…

There are three time frames : past, present, and future.
One idea I’ve been experimenting with is shifting perspective. In other words, a person can see the problem as existing in
First, the past…
Second, the present…
And third, in the future…
Then, they will look for evidence that the problem exists in the following time frames… present and future…and proceed to let it go. Thus, the process for working with a problem operates in this manner.
First, a problem is run through a release with…
