yes I have been using this for quite some time and spent a w/end with dr Len in 2007 when he came to London.
When I do shamanic journeys for people I always tells them how they can continue on their issue by using it.
It has similarities...

That is cool! It is very easy to spend 7 days with Larry (and the crew). The tone you mentioned is only used when someone is trying to do some "ego battle". What I mean is when people forget the "don't believe what I am saying but prove it for you...

I did a lot of releasing earlier this year with a goal of attending the Bristol retreat. I did not get there, however I am off to Harpenden later today for my first live w/end with Larry. Lots has been coming up for release already as you can imag...
For those of you who are familiar with the release technique.
Omer, have you done adv/disv to seeing a psychotherapist, and the same with seeing a psychiatrist?
I suggest doing the adv/disadv separately as they are different processes, psychotherapy explores and psychiatry medicates.

living in Devon
began with the goal of having a residential caravan somewhere in Devon but while listening to an audio on goals I realised I chose the caravan as it seemed easier to acquire, but it isnt what I want, a wooden chalet is what I actually want. I decided to have that for my goal, even tho I cannot see how I could possibly be the owner of a wooden chalet/cabin by the sea,along with monthly service charges etc I did a releasing session on it, and at the end felt very peaceful. difficult colour scheme
It is impossible to read the text on this site without highlighting it first.
It is like being in a dark room with a tiny tourch, is there a button I can click to change the colour scheem on the whole site to a white background?
what do other people do when they want to read a blog..etc?
I have returned to regular releasing after playing with other processes for a few months, and seem to have gone deeper into the practice.
I began with Hale's Sedona mathod and have a telephone buddy, and now see… Continue

Thanks for the input. I'm not at home at the computer so I didn't have any specific questions handy when I spontaneously decided to join this group. I will, indeed, ask a coach specific questions. I can't seem to get in touch with my feelings when I try to release. There's just nothing there - not pictures, no sound, no senses, nothing. This morning listening to CD#8 I felt very frustrated and discouraged when Hale kept saying go deeper and there was just nothing there. Anyway I will have questions for the coach. Warm regards
