I've spent 20 years looking for freedom only to find it were I am. Practiced yoga (asanas and bhakti), and at one point I gave up. Then I was introduced to The Sedona Method, later Release Technique. After that I stopped looking. Now I release, give approval to everyone and everything as much as I am able to and practice Yeung family tai chi. I'm interrested in Ayurveda, CHinese superior herbs, Daoism, cooking, smilling and experinencing what this physical form is capable of achieving.
