Got a question you would like answered by a coach that uses the Sedona Method?
Well ask away, and only a level 1/2 or CCP candidate will reply....
Here is an opportunity to connect with those that have the most experience in the art of releasi
Thought it might be an idea if anyone is in a particular area and wants to meet their releasing friends from here, a place to discuss it might work.....:)
@Dr. Rashmi,
Ultimately your mind quiets to the degree you keep releasing - even though it might seem to get "more noisy" at first - because you are getting more sensitive to all the thinking that has been going on for awhile.
Sure, you already have goals and purposes you are working on. And releasing helps you get these. When your mind becomes quieter, it's easier help these things manifest - as well you have a better idea of what, if any, other goals you might want to pursue.
The whole point is that as you quiet the mind, your own native peace and joy start shining through - and this affect how you attain your goals.
And certainly, a completely quiet mind allows you to perceive any goals that might have been suppressed or ignored earlier. Often thought-habits will push a goal way into the background (like:"I can't do that because...") As you continue to release, both the known goals you have will manifest more easily, and perhaps you might find other goals that you'd now like to try for.
People go about getting their goals differently - as we have set it up for all of us to be so very different - and some are set on goals and getting more specific items into their lives. Releasing helps with that.
Some simply concentrate on releasing all thought and negative feelings they are experiencing - and that also helps whatever they want or have as goals to manifest.
Either way is fine. Or a combination of both.
@Dr. Rashmi,
The main point to keep in mind is that thoughts are mental habits which keep you from having whatever you want in your life.
Levenson would say to "Let Go and Let God", as well "Be Not the Doer - Be the Witness." The point being that when you get all these random and counter-productive thoughts out of your mind, then what ever you want to take as a goal is more easily acquired. The actions you need to take then are obvious - because your thoghts are no longer holding you back.
But there is this caveat - the World has already given you a lot of false goals (like you have to be insanely rich or famous to be happy) - so my point is to simply quit worrying about what you "have to have" in your life, but work on how to get your mind quiet enough so your original purposes and life-passions start being obvious to you.
OK?
@Dr. Rashmi,
The interesting point is that Levenson had to study Eastern religions to understand the state he had achieved.
You can stay or long or short in working to achieve this state as you want. Some seek it a few minutes several times a day - some will, as meditation, stay in that state for hours. It's personal choice.
The key is to seek to answer "What Am I?" in all that you do during your day, whether you are actively meditation / praying or going about your day.
The bottom line, however, is to want to regain your own Freedom more than you want what the world can give you. Helping others to achieve their own personal Freedom will help you achieve your own. Open-handed help is the key - and the fastest route, apparently.
This is all I know, and the simplicity of the release method. All other methods are simply designed to bring a person up to that point.
I wish you the best of luck.
I thank you for letting me help you. If there is anyone else you know that I can help, I'm here just for that.
@Dr. Rashmi,
You can treat releasing like any form of meditation or prayer. Some pray or meditiate only certain times during the day, others manage to stay in a constant state of internal review.
Releasing simply is just letting go thoughts, beliefs, mental stuff that gets in your way. So the best way is to do it all the time, if you can.
I've started a series of posts on this subject, beginning with The Great Sedona Method Experiment – Freedom with no cost - and others follow just about every day after that.
Please let me know if this answers your questions of if anything else is needed.
Glad to have you on board. I understand there is a huge following in India for self-help, personal development type things. However, few are on the Internet. Is there anything I can help you with?
