This has been doing the rounds for a while, I saw it last year - but there is something achingly beautiful about this simple silliness that never fails to move me ... I think it must be the music - or is it Matt? or is it everyone just dancing? Ni...
This was a REALLY GOOD IDEA that Lisa planted in my tiny mind, I hope I am doing justice to it.
I think it would be v. nice if all the local dudes and dudettes had their very own releasing community. If you think so, mail me for an invitation :) ...
Perhaps if we stop criticising and judging ourselves and all the other stuff, we may well find that love is all there is anyway.
Releasing may not be something we do so much as something we cease doing - as in hanging on to whatever. Being there ...
Great to hear back from you. You're welcome, of course.
No, I don't think I was CMPBS. Yes, I remember the band. Can you remind me of one of their better known songs?
A rain check is yours, my friend.
When I make offers like this, it's usually for 8 hours, often for 2 hours at a time. I find it takes that long for people to really get grooved in. FYI, my goal for people after the 8 hours are done is 1) they're completely comfortable with the 3 basic methods of releasing, 2) they understand the wants and release them with ease, 3) they can release on their own, on the fly, as emotions may come up during the day, i.e. they're no longer dependent on releasing only while listening to a CD, 4) they can recognize and release the stumbling blocks with ease and on the fly, 5) they are well able to be a very good releasing buddy for someone else, 6) they are aware of what's available on sedona.com and are connected with a releasing buddy and an SMSG, if they want. The 2 hours at a time feature is to conform with Lester's admonition that we "get high to release, not release to get high." That turns into my clearing out whatever is on someone's mind at that time until they get to CAP. Then, from CAP, we do more releases, like those in the book which are just wonderful to be coached on.
A sunset clause would be a function of 2 things: 1) your being a member of this board and 2) my having time available for pro-bono work. I'm a professional so of course I prefer a paying clientele. I'm also passionate about facilitating/coaching and am only too happy to give back to members of a board where I'm a member. I just love seeing people get great results. Some of my regular clients took a hiatus over the holidays and have not resumed their sessions yet, so I have some openings. I'll try to accomodate you as best I can, if you opt in later on.
Yes, I had a great Holiday season. Hope you did too. I drove to visit my sister in Connecticut (NE US) and listened to Lester all the way out and back.
BTW, if you're put off by the word coach, I prefer the word facilitator. I don't harange people like a sports coach. I work more like a gentle guide or advisor.
Not sure if you know. I've completed the coach training 1 & 2 with Hale in Sedona. Delighted you're revisiting TSM. Hope it's going well. Thought I'd check and see if you'd be interested in some pro-bono coaching. Might be fun to work with someone downunder. Let me know your thoughts. My email address is available on the bottom of my home page.
Yikes-o-rama. The auto manufacturers are definitely in a bad way. Not sure what will happen. They went begging again to congress for a handout but not sure if they're going to get it. Hope the world gets out of the economic slowdown ASAP.
Hey, mon. Hope you're doing well down under. Guess it's summer time there. Can you send us some warm weather? Happy releasing. More later. Bed time for me now. G'day, mate.
I first came across Sedona in the '90s, bought the basic course and Freedom Now, but the penny didn't drop for some reason and the courses are buried in storage somewhere.
It has only been recently - this year - that I came across Sedona again and felt inspired by the understanding of what was on offer, with really great results; enjoying it a lot and finding it of great benefit.
While I see this as a personal journey that we choose to undertake, I also welcome the company of fellow travelers on this road; and if I can contribute to your journey, so much the better.
