That's great to hear Hassan, well done! And hooray to Chuck (lol we know who "the coach in Michigan" is) for coaching you - he's doing an incredible job of coaching people with The Sedona Method. Hope to see you around on the forums more!

I started working with a releasing coach in Michigan and it has resulted in some big gains and more full releasing experience. He not only helps me release but also teaches me the ideas in the Sedona Method and also in Lester Levenson's books. One big gain was realizing that my thoughts and feelings that I thought were so significant and meaningful, (and of course I thought I knew exactly what they signified and meant..yes the whole novel of what they meant.) are actually just like pictures on my awareness and they are not me at all. They just appear and disapear. I also realized the awareness that I am is like a giant and the thoughts and feelings I didn't like were just like little specs that I was trying to figure out and look down at. Kind of like a giant trying to unravel a knot that is made out of microscopic and extremely fragile thread! All the best to you all!!!

Hello all good people,
I write from New York with good wishes and appreciation for this site and the Sedona Method group that's been created. As one of the lead instructors, it would be a great pleasure for me to meet everyone of you in person and support any of you with this life-changing tool. Am just learning about this site, but will have details of courses somehow. Otherwise, fyi, I offer courses here in NYC four times a year and the next is Feb 21-22 with the next advanced course, The Acceleration Course, Apr 4-5. We also have a free support group here in NYC the fourth Wed of every month.
