In the goingfree forum there was a discussion about this. I am seeing this book everyday in every Border/Barnes&Noble I go to.
Anyone here has anything to say about it? Is it more of the same? Did it help in any way?

Thank you,
Mário

I have done this process twice (it's a ten week process), I know Fabrizio did it twice or maybe three times. You have to be commited for quite a long period of time, but if you do, it will help in at least some way, and I can recommend it. There is some "emotional cleansing" involved, similar to releasing, but it's more to it than that, but hard for me to describe. It's hard to separate gains from releasing and the Presence Process from each other, but definitely, after going through the processes, I have begun to see and perceive the world and fellow human beings in a different way. I began to see the mirror effect at work, etc..

That being said I don't believe everything he claims (some of it really annoys me), just taking it for checking, and a lot of it actually makes sense after doing the Process.

There was another topic around here about "children and releasing". According to testimonials, parents who did this process and "restored balance to their life experience" also restored balance in the relationship with their kids, and the childrens' life experiences also became balanced,

This is taken from his website "The Presence Portal":

THE PRESENCE PROCESS takes a bold step into a new paradigm of human healthcare by empowering us to facilitate ourselves into an experience of wholeness. It is an invitation to step beyond the victim and victor mentality perpetuated by the stories we tell ourselves about our wounded past and our fearful future.

Through a sensible and easy to follow, step-by-step, intimately guided journey, we are shown how to begin grounding the new paradigm of present moment awareness into every aspect of our life experience. As a consequence, we automatically initiate an inner transformation ushering us into a heightened state of consciousness that, in our recent human history, was only experienced by a few individuals.

By revealing to us how to gradually and gently step beyond our personal physical, mental, and emotional addictions and afflictions, THE PRESENCE PROCESS sets us upon the greatest journey of this new Millennium: Awaken from the dream of time so that we may fully enter the presence of this unfolding moment.

We are empowered to make this perceptual transformation by standing exactly where destiny has placed us - by making the most of what we have already been given.

THE PRESENCE PROCESS shows us beyond doubt that what we all have been searching for has already found us - because it is already within us

There's also a video that I will add to this site shortly..

This is new to me so I just checked out Michael Brown's book on amazon.com's reviews which were mostly positive. One person claims to have read it standing up in Barnes & Noble which is what I plan to do the next time I'm near the bookstore and have some extra time. They say it mostly meditation and a breathing exercise while you review your childhood (where our problems began) and they say it takes a committed 2-1/2 months to complete. Since djpjgi did it and found some benefits I'll have to look into it too. Couldn't hurt, right?

Yes he gives you two options: 1. Read through the book, just reading it will change your perception. 2. Commit to the 10 week process. This involves a breathing exercise, an "emotional cleansing process", "presence activating statements" and perceptual tools. It's not so much about doing a lot of stuff, but behaving differently. It may bring up resistance at first.

Either one of these two is fine, I'm sure it will be helpful, in one way or the other :)

Thank you, DJ! I will buy it then. The thing is that, as I am in US right now (Well, Puerto Rico, actually, but still US) Iam using the opportunity to buy all the books I can. As I've already bought a lot during last week, I am filtering a bit (well, maybe not). My last 2 days here are today and tomorrow, then I am back to Brasil. If this book is about bringing stuff up, that's good. The other one I wanted was the one recommended on another thread, by John Wheeler, but this one is only from Amazon.
But, as I will be back here in 2 weeks for the Final Step retreat, I will order from Amazon then.
I am going through the Metaphysical and Religion (yes, some books are there) everyday checking for something else.

Thank you!

Sounds good :) There are a lot of books out there, but this one is really quite good, although to me it seemed very trivial at first, but I don't regret going through it at all. It surely will bring up stuff .. I also bought the book by John Wheeler, will start reading it this weekend actually!

Yeah, I got Wheeler's book also, but I got side track with the e-book on Love that was posted (for which I'll be forever grateful that I read), but I want to say I did stop into Barnes & Nobel and Michael Brown's book is $22.00 and much too thick for even me to read just standing in the isle, so I'm getting mine off amazon.com second hand for 12.00 with S/H 4.00 it's cheaper than $22.00....okay, okay I'm being cheap, but I don't need it right away. The testimonies in the front were very encouraging and since I won't have to stop releasing, why not give it a shot.

Mario hope you're enjoying the weather in Puerto Rico and get alot out of Larry's seminar. You do live an interesting life. Tonight Hale has his teleconference and I gotta go....

Hi, Paige
Yes, I am enjoying Puerto Rico, thank you! I bought the book yesterday, looks cool. I am also reading the Love book. And preparing a list for Amazon to receive while at Asilomar. I'm sure I will enjoy it. Each retreat I have a "little miracle", so even though I set intentions for the retreat, I don't care about them. The miracles are normally related tothethings I don't intend, but are important.
Did any of you hear about LEAP! The Movie? I saw that yesterday on the web.

Oh, I didn't watch the movie, just saw the trailer. I don't like the secret very much. Too much on the self-help for beginners side. This Leap has some people that are more from the non-duality side. But who knows?
Havent seen any torrent for that yet.
Have you watched "the Opus"? Looks like more of The Secret.

To me The Leap looks like a cross between The Secret and What The Bleep, too.

How long will it be till Joe Vitale loses any remaining credibility? He'd jump on any wagon going in any direction as long as there's a buck in it for him.

What about the program that was aired on public television last year, the "String Theory" with Stephen Hawkins? Now that was a reality buster if ever there was one. But "Leap" does look provocative for sure - maybe it'll have more bite than "The Secret" or "What the Bleep....I'm going to check it out.

I still have not got around to doing the complete P/process. However I did do the 40 day and 40 night process that he recommends on his site. It was very interesting and did bing a whole lot of stuff up to be released thats for certain.

I have read all there is to read and listen to ie his CD's and I am very taken with his stuff. He has another book that is a read and not a process to complete called 'Alchemy of the Heart' - I was advised to maybe read this first and then move through to the PP. I haven't done that yet either, but I have listened to his CD's as I mentioned which were excellent including:

Radiance of Intimacy
From Innocence to Experience

It is worth a look at his site as there is alot of free downloadable recordings taken from his live retreats.

I admire you Dj & Fab for completing the whole thing a few times - excellent dedication!
