hi Lilar

yes I have been using this for quite some time and spent a w/end with dr Len in 2007 when he came to London.
When I do shamanic journeys for people I always tells them how they can continue on their issue by using it.
It has similarities with releasing/sedona as the emphasis in on self responsibilty , there is no out there out there, removing data or memories and allowing divinity/Beingness to lead the way.

One of the things I took away from the w/end with Dr Len was that we do not need to say I am sorry,please forgive me, thank you, I love you, all we need say is 'I love you' even if we dont mean it..similar to 'can I give this person some approval'.
That helped me continue with the practice as the I am sorry bit reminded me too much of the church's you are a miserable worm teachings, and actually brought my energy down quite a bit, whereas constantly saying I love you, brings my energy up.
I met up with my family in spring 2008 for a 21st birthday celebration, and something happened that I wish had not (could you let go of wanting to change that) I was not so immersed in releasing as I am now.
At one point I was alone with someone and I thought it might be a difficult interaction. I listened to what she had to say (whinge about) and kept saying silently 'I love you' I remained imperturbable, and she stopped whingeing and told me I have a calming influence.

Hi Zannie,
It's funny you said that about the " I'm sorry, please forgive me" because that was my main problem with this practice and just like you, it reminded me of religions. I liked the "I love you" mantra though. It is said that one hawaian man healed a whole psychiatric unit just with those words. Fascinating!

yes, that Hawaiian man is Dr Len, who I mentioned in my earlier post.
seems the message of love and acceptance will keep on being delivered in different ways until we get it (or not)

Wow Zannie, I'm glad I asked for the review again; otherwise, I would have never known that it existed! I couldn't post there as I'm not a member. All I can say is that I find your review very helpful and we can see that you had many gains. Now tell me, would you attend another of Larry's retreats? Do you think it's worth the money?

I would love to go to the final step retreat and that is the main reason for going to this recent w/end., to see if I could cope with his style
I do not know if I will go to another basic w/end. Those experiences on the Sunday were amazing but who knows if it was because of the synergy between myself and my partner
I have no way of saying if it was owrth the money....feeling the Love, Beauty and Divine Feminine was priceless, but feeling that is not exlusive to a release technique w/end, I have had those experiences in other contexts.
It is the carrot of Being Free that keeps me going.
If I had a lot of disposable income, I would go to another one.
I am going to a weekend with David Elzey (Sedona Method) in Scotland next weekend, so will write up that one as well

I have to say that when I went to the live class in September, I was already high. But the exercises we did there put me in a much higher state. And yes if I didn't have responsbibilities I would love to go for a 7 day retreat.
To accept Larry the way he is needs lots and lots of releasing lol I look forward to read your review with David Elzey.
